Section 226
Prohibition Of Unnatural Sexual Intercourse
(1) No person shall
have, or cause to be had, unnatural sexual intercourse with another
person without his or her consent.
Explanation: For the purposes of this sub-section, consent
given by a child shall not be considered to be consent.
(2) A person who commits the offence referred to in subsection
(1) shall be liable to a sentence of imprisonment for a term
not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding thirty thousand
rupees.
(3) A person who commits the offence referred to in subsection
(1) against a child shall be liable to the sentence under
Section 219.
